As far as I can recall, the only difference is voting rights. Blood Brothers can watch our elections unfold, but cannot vote.

Sorry for the delay, my sick brain isn't doing well with instructions, otherwise I'd go relearn how to upgrade your forum mask myself.

I've been staring at the first question in what is supposed to be a basic review assignment since 10am. Surgery, human or rocket, is hardly an appropriate yardstick for my current capacity. :P

No, TFD members cannot run for office in NATO's government, and vice versa.

We can put you through our cadet training if you like. Some of it relates to NATO members' rights and responsibilities, so may not be relevant, but other information may be helpful for playing CN. Just let me know, and I'll move this thread to our Cadet School.
