I am sorry to deny FAN's request for an embassy. At this point in time we do not recognize alliances who wish to reside in peace mode, nor do we hold relations with Alliances who openly use spying methods, or claim to use these methods. These are cowardice tactics and represent your alliance as a whole. Have a nice day.
